Riggs and Murtaugh. Those eighties cop movies and cop buddy movies were great and few duos were better than Gibson and Glover as the odd couple pair of cops who start out hating each other, but grow into the best of friends as the series progressed.

This second Lethal Weapon was just about as good as the first with several memorable scenes and moments. They sometimes blur together now, but I believe this one had the classic surfboard scene, the incredibly hot short haired blonde, and the racist South Africans. Diplomatic immunity?

Well worth seeing and a great action film. Check Special Price!

I received Lethal Weapon 2 as part of a series, and really enjoyed watching the whole series, one after another. The Blu-Ray format brought out more of the movie’s depth, and was a very good performance.

Great Flick, Disappointing Blu-Ray – SeventhWard – California
This is one movie that badly needs a remaster. The Blu-Ray was made from an old 1080i master that has been upscaled to 1080p so the image is full of jaggies and visible pixels. Still a fun movie after all these years but when I buy Blu-Ray I expect reference level quality – this one just doesn’t deliver. Prepare for the old Hollywood Double Dip.
